Cancellation Policy
This policy defines how to handle cancellations

1. Standard rate:
Cancellation
The guest will be charged the total price, if they cancel at any time.
Prepayment
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time after booking.

2. Semi-flex rate:
Cancellation
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation
and the total price if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.
Prepayment
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation
and the remaining amount in the 60 days before arrival.
Children and extra beds: Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Free! One further child under 7 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Check-in: From 12:00 hours. Check-out: Until 11:00 hours
